Plant Vogtle team raises nearly $15,000 in Paceline Bike Ride
A group of Plant Vogtle employees once again participated in the Paceline Bike Ride – an annual fundraiser in Augusta, Georgia, that supports innovative cancer research at the Georgia Cancer Center. The event offers 25-, 50- and 100-mile cycling routes, and featured 733 participants and 63 cycling teams. The race ended with a Finish Line Celebration featuring live music, food and stories from those who are fighting cancer.
The participating team from Plant Vogtle, named 1Vogtle, collectively raised just under $15,000. The team’s top fundraisers were Arthur Clites ($3,195), Roberta Patterson ($2,615) and Rick Conti ($1,335). The team’s full roster is listed below.
